I installed this program several weeks ago. It changes the colors and intensity of your computer screen based on the time of day and level of sunlight so that if you’re at the computer in the evening, your brain doesn’t get overstimmed by the extra light and make it difficult for you to fall asleep. (For those who do artwork, it has a toggle for when you need to see the true colors of what you’re working on.)
I can’t tell if it’s had a direct effect on me sleeping better, but it does seem like my eyes aren’t as tired after my on-line time in the evening.
